Supply Chain
The supply chain is the means by which you get raw material in through the door and finished goods out of the door to your clients. Without this function working properly, you cannot hope to run an efficient business. As with any department or function, they are many layers of seniority that go to make up the well oiled machine, from the junior members of staff who ensure that everything delivered to you is correct and allocated into stores correctly to the planners who ensure the MRP system runs correctly, through despatch to board level.
