My client is an outstanding success story. Having spent a number of years perfecting their product and their approach to market, they are now reaping the benefits of that considered approach with growth in each of the last three years running at c25%, expanding applications for the product and a reputation for quality and customer service that stands them apart from the rest of the market. With this in mind, and with one eye to succession planning, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious, dynamic all rounder to a new role overseeing the UK operational team. This is not an ivory tower role, taking credit for everyone else’s work; this is a role at the very forefront of the business, developing new business streams, working with key customers and identifying and nurturing new ones and developing the team at Head Office to be the best that they can be. We are therefore looking for graduate calibre candidates, preferably with MBA or other postgraduate qualifications, with a broad mix of skills including, but not limited to, staff management, key account development, and sales and marketing. You must be a good communicator, comfortable taking responsibility for reporting key figures and statistics under considerable board level scrutiny, a driven corporate sales individual, and possess a broad range of business acumen.
