Job of the Week!
My client is a rapidly expanding business offering state of the art solutions in a global marketplace. To support their existing, field based, sales team, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced, personable and ambitious individual to a new position based at Head Office. The role calls for an organised, articulate individual with excellent administration skills and telephone manner, as you will be the first point of contact for much of the customer base looking to place an order. You must have some aptitude for technical information as you will be expected to advise clients on the best solution for their requirements, rather than just being an order taker, but one thing your duties will not involve is outbound, cold calling. As part of their growth plans, they are keen to take on people who can offer a wider range of skills to the business, so it would be an advantage if you also possessed some digital marketing experience, either through study or practical experience, but as an employer, they are keen to train and develop their staff to enable them to fulfill their potential.
