My client is a fascinating business, offering a simple, green and cost effective solution to a global marketplace. Having already proved its capabilities in one target market, the senior team is now heavily engaged in developing a complementary market that will see the company expand dramatically over the next five years at least. To enable the directors to concentrate on this business development, they are looking to recruit an experienced individual to a new role covering a wide range of responsibilities. Initially, this will cover accounts (using Quickbooks) customer order administration, purchase ordering and strengthening the relationships with the subcontract manufacturers, but they are looking for someone with the initiative and aptitude to take on other areas as time progresses. You will have good spreadsheet, accounts and communication skills, and must be happy working within a small head office team, which could mean you being the only person in the office on certain days. This is not your typical small company all rounder role; this is one of those businesses with a revolutionary idea that really will change the world.
