Nordic Region Sales Manager – West Midlands – to £50,000pa inc bonus
My client is one of the market leaders in its field, driven by a determined and ambitious senior management team to achieve its goals and continue to expand its market share. After assessing its current and potential customer base, they are looking to invest in their sales team with the recruitment of a Nordic specialist, to nurture and develop customers across Scandinavia and the Baltic states. You will be an experienced business developer, with a strong track record of sales growth both directly and through third party agents, and a proven ability to utilise all the avenues open to you to generate sales growth. Although the role will be office based, it will involve significant overseas travel (at least a week every month), and candidates unable to commit to this will not be considered. Given the current geographical concentration of their customer base, it is a prerequisite that the successful candidate will be a fluent Norwegian speaker, preferably with a second regional language (Swedish, Danish, Russian, German etc).
