European Sales Manager – Lancashire – £50,000pa

This client is a well established and respected organisation, a market leader in its field with a well known product, innovative design ideas and significant scope for growth in both its core and emerging markets. In order to capitalise on both existing and future opportunities, they are now seeking to invest significantly in their export sales team, the first part of which is to appoint a dynamic, self motivated, and above all successful, individual to a new role as Export Sales Manager. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of success in developing a dealership network, both in terms of recruiting new dealers and growing sales through the existing network, and of achieving sustainable sales penetration in previously uncharted territories. Your background will be in manufacturing sales, preferably in an environment where product quality and after sales service are the key drivers rather than price. Furthermore, you must have significant language skills, particularly German, and be prepared to make overseas trips. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive not only the export sales of the company, but to have a significant input into its strategic direction and future growth.
