Regional Sales Manager

North West, home-based

c£30,000 basic + commission (OTE £45,000) + car & benefits

My client is one of the most recognisable and long-standing names in its field, with a reputation for quality, flexibility and delivering bespoke solutions for their customers’ requirements. As part of their drive to promote sales within one of the divisions of the business, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced regional sales manager to a new role covering a geographical area between the north Midlands, the Scottish border and the Pennines. Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a track record of success selling into sectors offering life and care improvements to private end users, with particular experience of working with local authorities, care homes and housing associations; consideration would also be given to healthcare professionals looking to make a move into a sales environment. You will be working remotely from Head Office, but with a significant support network, and you will therefore be responsible for generating the majority of your leads and appointments, and for managing your own diary. Although previous experience of construction, CAD and site surveying would be an advantage, the key requirement is someone with genuine awareness of the needs of disabled user, and the ability to interpret customer requirements into achievable solutions.
