Group Head of Sales


to £60,000 basic + car, bonus & benefits

Acknowledged as the sector’s premier supplier, my client is seeking to build on its successes and strengthen its position to deliver continued growth and increase its market share. They are therefore looking to recruit an experienced and driven individual to take full control of the sales and marketing functions across the group, with a wide-ranging brief to develop future strategy, challenge and change the current culture and drive customer retention, growth and acquisition. In addition to the strategic side of the role, you will have direct responsibility for nurturing key account relationships, designing and delivering sales plans and KPIs and supporting the National Sales Manager in the development of their team and achieving the overall corporate goals. You will be a dynamic and innovative leader of sales teams, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth across a number of years in highly competitive environments. Experience in selling into the automotive retail sector would be highly beneficial, as would formally recognised sales and marketing training and the ability to design and deliver sales training to allow your teams to achieve their maximum potential.
