Regional Sales Leader


£40,000 - 45,000pa + bonus

My client is one of the region�s most recognisable employers, well-established with a long-held reputation for quality and customer service. Under the leadership of the Managing Director, they are now seeking to secure the long-term future of the business by developing the breadth of the customer base to drive sales growth. As part of the Managing Director�s plans to strengthen the senior management team, they are now looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious and above all successful sales leader to manage the remotely-based sales teams. The scope of the role is relatively straightforward � your remit is to implement sales initiatives, supported by marketing, that increase both sales volumes and transaction values, tap into new markets and improve the performance of each sales representative. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of creating and implementing sales campaigns, mentoring and developing remotely based sales teams, managing a budgetary and forecasting process, as well as KPI reporting. As the skill set is more important than the industry background, my client would welcome applications from sales leaders with experience in the retail, wholesale or manufacturing sectors. Providing that you are delivering the results, you will be given the autonomy to follow the agreed strategy, and the support to help you deliver those improvements which drive sales growth; longer term, this is a fabulous opportunity to play a leading part in my client�s ongoing success story.
