My client is the undisputed market leader in its field, calling on many years’ experience to deliver retail regeneration projects across the length and breadth of the UK. As a direct result of recent contract wins, and with an eye to future business and further development, they are now looking to recruit an experienced retail professional to a new role working closely with the senior board, overseeing the current business sites and providing consultancy support to new clients. This is an unusual position, requiring a mix of operational and facilities management experience, staff development and project management. Ideally your background will be in non-standard but traditional retail, working either in or closely with small businesses and sole traders, but you must also be able to demonstrate flair, creativity and imagination in your problem solving. If you are looking for a different type of career path that will utilise your full range of skills, but outwith a corporate, stuffy environment, this may well be the opportunity for you!
