Telesales Manager

Cheshire

£30,000pa + bonus (£10,000 OTE)

My client is an outstanding success story, with a strong management team, committed backers and ambitious expansion plans. As part of these plans, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Telesales Manager to get the best out of their existing sales team, and lead the team as it grows. The main thrust of the role is to deliver sales to campaign KPI targets, manage, support and develop a team of salespeople and develop and promote a high performing sales culture, creating an exciting and productive place to work. You will have proven experience in leading, motivating and performance management of outbound telesales operations with multiple campaigns, and a track record of achieving performance/KPI targets including revenue, profit and margin achievement. Your experience will have preferably been gained within a contact centre environment and you must also be able to demonstrate flair in managing and implementing sales campaigns. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious team leader and motivator to work within an inclusive and dynamic environment where your contribution and success will be fully rewarded.
