This is a stunning opportunity with one of the North West\'s most exciting organisations. With a proven track record, a sound client base on which to grow and on the back of astounding results from the last couple of years, they are now seeking to strengthen the board with the appointment of a dynamic, ambitious graduate MBA chief operating officer. Your remit will be to manage all the operations of the business covering installations, client services and aftercare, and also to gear up the operations for further growth in numbers and expansion of service offerings. This is the role that delivers the results that the sales team has promised, and it is imperative that you have worked in a similar type of role within a multi-layered service based organisation. Whilst you must be able to delegate and manage your managers, you must also be able to demonstrate attention to detail that will allow you to know precisely the stage where each of upto 2,000 projects is at any given time. Your experience will have been gained in an autonomous, commercial role covering a wide range of project sizes and values, and you will possess a flair for getting the best out of your team and for identifying and implementing improvements to systems and procedures. It would not be unfair to describe this as a once in a lifetime opportunity, offering both a high profile, dynamic and autonomous role, but also the chance to gain ownership of one of the country’s brightest prospects.
