As the title suggests, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations and service delivery, from managing teams of engineers in the field and office based staff, through organising workflows and stock levels, to providing analysis and management reports regarding SLAs and performance. This position is vital to the smooth operation of the business, and it is imperative that you have worked at a managerial level in an installation, facilities management, minor works or similar type of organisation.
