The time has now arrived for them to recruit an experienced, ambitious and hard working qualified accountant into the role of financial controller, reporting direct to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for a team of six staff, including a management accountant, and your duties will cover the full range, from flash and monthly reporting, budgets, forecasts, cashflows and annual statutory accounts, to working closely with operational teams and implementing new hardware and software across the whole business. This is an extremely busy and fast paced environment, and a thick skin and desire to get stuck in are key requirements.
