My client is at the forefront of its chosen field offering a market leading service in a virtually recession proof industry. Despite the highly competitive nature of their sector, they have managed to retain their status as the one to watch by developing new product offerings and diversifying into other business streams, and through these actions, allied to high profile and extremely successful marketing campaigns, they have continued to thrive even during these tougher times. To support their further expansion plans, and maintain their position as no1, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced IIP qualified insolvency practitioner to a new role working at a strategic level within the organisation. Rather than being a hands-on position, your remit would be to guide the development of the department, ensuring compliance and best practice at all times. They are therefore seeking applications from individuals with a proven track record in insolvency, preferably with a mix of corporate and private work, gained either in a legal or accounting environment. This is an outstanding opportunity outwith the profession, offering an excellent salary and benefits package and the prospect of future promotion beyond the equivalent partner level.
