My client is a dynamic and ambitious manufacturing company, enjoying virtually complete autonomy from its US parent company. As part of their growth plans, they are seeking to appoint an experienced, graduate qualified financial controller to work closely with the Managing Director. Due to the nature of the role and the company, this is not a position for someone seeking a step up ? you must be able to demonstrate a track record of success within a similar financial controller role, covering full monthly management and statutory accounting, company secretarial duties and IT responsibility. You must be a strong man-manager, looking for the opportunity to become more commercially involved; knowledge of US GAAP or international reporting standards would be advantageous. If you are the right person for the job, you will never need to apply for another one!
