My client is a long established, privately owned manufacturer with a truly global client base and a well deserved reputation for not only the quality of their product and customer service, but also their flexibility in being able to adapt their core product to their client's exact requirements. As part of their plans moving forward, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to a new role working closely with the directors. The broad basis of the role is to develop new business, ensuring all leads are successfully converted alongside managing key accounts and distributors, with further responsibility for the internal sales team and ensuring, alongside other departments, that the correct marketing message is getting across to the key markets. There is a huge opportunity for growth across the globe, not only in terms of capital sales, but also spares, consumables and maintenance, and this individual needs to be seen to be spearheading this drive. As such, the role will involve significant foreign travel, particularly to emerging markets in South America and Australasia, and applications will not be considered from anyone who cannot commit to this.
