My client is an outstanding success story, offering design led, market leading solutions to an exclusively blue chip client base on a genuinely global basis. As part of both a response to existing workloads and with an eye to the future in terms of developing their own talent and succession planning within the business, they are now seeking to appoint an ambitious and hardworking individual to a new role working closely with both the Commercial Manager and Financial Controller. The duties will be wide-ranging, given the fact that it is a small administrative team, but it will include sales order processing (from quotation through to invoicing), responding to customer enquiries, collating KPIs for sales and finance functions and a range of general office duties. Although there is not a reception in the traditional sense of the word, you will be the first person visitors meet, and you will be dealing with customers by both telephone and e-mail so you must be well presented, articulate and a good communicator both verbally and in writing. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a fast-growing business, and the role will develop quickly to involve other areas such as marketing and exhibitions.
