Technical Support Executive

My client is a dynamic, ambitious technology business, rapidly expanding both organically and through acquisition. The organic growth, in an extremely competitive market, has been achieved through putting the customer first, and their impressive customer satisfaction ratings are testament to their core beliefs. As part of their continued desire to maintain these extremely high standards, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to a technical support role working in a tight knit, reactive team. Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, your role will be to provide technical support and outstanding customer service, with responsibility for providing first and second line technical support to clients with cloud telephony, internet connectivity and wholesale line rental services. Once fully trained, you will be expected to log and take ownership of service desk tickets, providing an outstanding level of customer service. Ideally you will have at least 18 months’ successful experience of working on a busy service desk, ideally with an exposure to telephony and BT Openreach services, be process and systems oriented with excellent attention to detail and an excellent communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. If you feel frustrated by the limitations of your current employer, bring them to a smaller, more dynamic business that sees you as an individual, not a number.
