Public Sector Sales Manager

My client is a multi-award winning organisation with over 150,000 clients, an impressive track record of growth and recent investment that is to see them become the largest player in the European market. As part of their continued desire to establish themselves as the market leader across all sectors, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and successful public sector new business development manager to identify and establish relationships across the NHS, local and central government and education. Preferably with a proven track record in SaaS or cloud based solutions, but certainly from an IT or software background, you will be a genuine hunter with significant successes within the wider Public Sector and a thorough understanding of G-Cloud. The role will be very much stand alone, although working within the sales teams at Head Office, and you will be expected to be largely self generating in terms of leads and opportunities; however, there is a genuine understanding of the complexities of working within this marketplace and you will be fully supported providing you can demonstrate your work ethic and pipeline.
