Marketing Data Analyst

Wrexham

to 30,000pa

My client is a multi award-winning business with an enviable reputation for investment in its staff and technology; already the global market leader, they plan to double in size again by 2020. To enable the business to continue to invest in the correct areas, and to ensure that the products and services that they offer are in line with their customers perceived needs, they require significant, accurate and timely interpretation of data from a range of sources. As part of their current growth plans, they are looking to recruit an experienced, graduate data analyst to work as part of the marketing team to analyse and interpret all the data that is produced by their highly effective online and offline marketing campaigns. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high quality creative analytical solutions, often with minimal guidance; you will have experience of working with large data sets and data management with SQL databases, familiarity with analytical tools such as R, SAS or SPSS and Excel statistical modelling, and advanced-level query building using programmes like Python. This experience will most likely have been gained within digital or direct response marketing (knowledge of Google Analytics would be an advantage), but in addition to the technical aspects, you must be able to translate or present this data in a format that is easily understood by non-technical line managers. This is a truly outstanding opportunity in a truly outstanding organisation.
