My client is a dynamic expanding organisation that has achieved its current status by providing the very best customer service to its client base. As part of their plans to continue to grow the business, and to ensure that every one of their customers receives the same level of customer service, they are now looking to strengthen their customer retention and key account management team by recruiting an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to a new role managing a key portfolio of smaller accounts. You will be expected to develop close ties with your customer base, via telephone, e-mail and site visits, and seek to not only maintain the revenue generated by these key accounts, but also to upsell and cross sell other services that they are not currently using. You will be a good communicator, accurate and organised, with the ability to develop strong working relationships quickly; ideally you will have had some account management or customer service experience previously, and be actively pursuing a career in sales or account management.
