My client is a dynamic, ambitious business, rapidly expanding both organically and through acquisition. This organic growth, in an extremely competitive market, has been achieved through putting the customer first, and their impressive customer satisfaction ratings are testament to their core beliefs. As part of their continued plans to grow the business, they are now looking to recruit to a new role working closely with the marketing department to chase up leads, enquiries and make best use of the CRM to generate appointments for the field sales managers. Although some experience in a sales or telemarketing role would be advantageous, they are more concerned with recruiting the right people for the business, so you would need to demonstrate good communication skills, an organised and methodical approach and the ability to work hard. You are not expected to sell products or services on the phone, so this is not traditional sales; your role is to develop a customer’s interest in the product and nurture a relationship with them, determining their needs before arranging an appointment for the sales manager. If you think that all sales jobs are the same, think again!
