My client is an ambitious and dynamic software business, with a loyal and growing customer base, a range of new products about to be launched and massive opportunities for significant growth. As part of their plans to help drive sales forward, they are now looking to recruit enthusiastic, hard working and ambitious individuals into a new team working at their Head Office. Your primary focus will be to convert leads and contact generated by e-mail, telephone and social media into appointments for the regionally based sales team, in addition to supporting these account managers and BDMs with a range of administrative duties. You must therefore be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner, attention to detail and good computer skills, as you will be using the CRM system and other internal packages. You will also work alongside the Marketing team to implement and follow up targetted marketing campaigns. This is essentially a sales job without the cold calling element, so if you enjoy telephone sales but dislike the rejection side and want to work in a dynamic, positive environment that may be able to offer you career progression, this could be the ideal job for you!
