My client is a hidden gem, a long established, highly profitable business with an exclusively blue chip client base, which has invested heavily over the last five years to cement its market position and provide a springboard for further expansion. As part of both their current requirements, short term growth plans and long term succession planning thoughts, they are now seeking to appoint a graduate Key Account Manager to a new role working closely with a handful of the highest profile customers. Your role will include all the aspects of any key account management position, taking complete responsibility for every aspect of your client\'s order, from stock levels and deliveries through production planning, monthly price updates and regular client review meetings. This role requires a real mix of personality, drive, perseverance and reliability, and you will form the final cog in an experienced Key Account team. However, the real attraction of this role is the guaranteed career progression; target attainment will be rewarded with swift promotion, initially as manager of the entire key account team, and then onwards to senior management level.
