My client is the market leader in its field, using the troubles of the last few years to emerge stronger and more efficient with an expanding customer base and plans for further growth across Europe. As part of their strategy to increase overall sales, they are now looking at a parallel sales channel, targetting the general public directly through all the usual outlets (EBay, Amazon, Google) in addition to their own e-retail site. In order to support this, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious individual with previous experience of implementing and developing an on-line sales channel to managing the entire process, including all e-fulfillment operations. They do not view this as some sort of short term project, but expect this individual to have a major impact on sales strategy for many years to come and are therefore looking not only for candidates with proven technical experience but also the desire to forge a long term career.
