My client is a real success story, with an enviable reputation as a place to work, a strong track record of growth and ambitious, yet utterly achievable, expansion plans. As part of their continued desire to be the no1 in its sector across Europe, they are now looking to recruit an ambitious, analytical graduate to an interesting and varied position supporting the sales teams. This is an unusual role, covering a wide variety of potential duties, but will require you to be very organised and analytical with good Excel and communication skills. You could literally be dealing with any type of enquiry from a range of customers, from requests for samples, to marketing and merchandising queries to approaching them with new product development ideas, but it is more likely that there will be lots of projects going on at any one time rather than projects coming along sequentially. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate with a couple of years experience, gained either since graduation, during an industrial placement, or even through vacation work, as my client is offering not only an interesting and varied role but also the potential of a long term career plan in both the UK and Europe, and potentially on a wider group basis.
