My client is the market leader in its field, offering a range of bespoke manufactured products to an ever expanding customer portfolio. Having not only survived the recession, but thrived in it, they are now looking to press home the competitive advantages they have succeeded in developing. To enable them to achieve this, they are now keen to recruit an experienced, but still results orientated individual to a new sales and business development role covering the North East of England. You must be an accomplished sales professional, with a track record of selling manufactured products into a range of sectors including education and other public sector bodies, construction and leisure; experience of selling to specifiers such as architects would also be advantageous. This is not catalogue sales; although there is a basic standard product, you are selling solutions to an individual client\'s requirements, based on the amendments that can be made to this core product, and so you must have an awareness of manufacturing lead times, and the different stages of construction projects. The package includes pension, healthcare, mobile phone and laptop, and you must have had experience of working autonomously from head office. In return, my client can offer you a long term, varied and rewarding role in both a growing business and market sector.
