Key Account Coordinator



My client is a real UK manufacturing success story, seeking to capitalise on recent contract wins with increased manufacturing output and further expansion of its operations. To support this expansion, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious individual to a new role working at the very core of the business. Rather than dealing direct with the general public, you will have responsibility for a small number of key accounts, acting as first point of contact for the buying departments of these exclusively blue chip clients. You must therefore possess excellent telephone, organisational and administrative skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to pick up technical product knowledge quickly and accurately; previous use of Sage and Excel would also be an advantage. Internally, your main points of contact will be with sales and manufacturing, so experience within a similar environment will be highly beneficial, particularly if that the products you have dealt with previously have had a number of subtle variations on a core product. The best part of this role is the autonomy and profile of it within the organisation, and success in it will genuinely form a key part of the further growth of the company.
