Payroll Administration Clerk

My client is an ambitious, developing company with a strong track record of success and plans to continue to grow over the years to come. In order to strengthen the team, they are seeking to appoint an experienced payroll administration clerk to a role working closely with the accounts team, head office and the shift managers on site. You will be responsible for collating timesheets, verifying hours worked and reconciling the information on spreadsheets for the weekly paid staff on site, many of whom work a variety of shift patterns. It is important, therefore, that you have good Excel and Microsoft Office skills, are a clear logical thinker, able to work to tight timescales and possess a broad understanding of payroll fundamentals. It is also likely that you will have gained this experience within a manufacturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long term career within a stable and secure environment.
