Field Engineer Coordinator

My client is an outstanding and ambitious organisation, servicing an increasing range of clients across the entire UK. As part of their growth plans, they are now looking to recruit an experienced administrator and coordinator to work closely with a team of field based engineers to ensure that scheduling, rotas, travel and appropriate spares are in place at the correct time and in the correct place. You must be accurate, with an eye for detail, and have excellent customer service skills, as a significant part of the role will involve dealing with customers, assessing their requirements and utilising this contact to assess the opportunity for additional services. You will have had significant experience in a similar role elsewhere and possess good Word, Excel and telephone skills. This is an outstanding opportunity to put your enthusiasm and experience to good use.
