Administration Manager



My client is a dynamic and expanding organisation, handling the facilities management contract for around 50 properties across the UK. As part of their continued growth plans, they are seeking to appoint an experienced, computer literate and enthusiastic individual to the role of Administration Manager. You really need to be a jack-of-all-trades, as your duties will be incredibly wide ranging, but will include being first point of contact for all clients, coordinating the daily operations of the business and working with the senior team to improve working practices and implement updated H&S best practice. You would also be responsible for the organisation of all projects, including assigning engineers, fleet maintenance, dealing with suppliers and managing all timesheets etc. This is a crucial position in the organisation, and requires the very best candidates, preferably from within the building industry or facilities management sector, but certainly with experience of managing a wide variety of projects and personnel on a nationwide basis.
