My client is the market leader in its specialist field with a burgeoning reputation and an ever increasing customer base. Offering a broad range of expenditure and cost management services, their expertise has never been in more demand and more valuable to their client base, and as a result of this, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious service delivery manager to a new role account managing one of their most prestigious clients. You will be an experienced customer service, aftercare or aftermarket manager, comfortable building relationships with clients and managing their problems and expectations, but with an eye to add-on sales and exploring further opportunities within the portfolio. Although based at head office there will be a significant amount of travel to the customer\'s UK wide offices, so you will need to demonstrate the ability for self-management and motivation, and be driven by the desire to succeed, provide first class customer service and the opportunity for personal development. Additionally, you must be degree qualified, with a clean driving licence, possess excellent communication skills (both orally and written) and have a good understanding of IT systems, both from a user and a technical perspective.
