My client is a well known North West based manufacturer, producing a range of popular branded products for an expanding market across the UK and Europe. In a slight change of direction, they have acquired one of their biggest distributors as a means of controlling entry into new markets aimed at independent retailers. Having completed the acquisition, they are now seeking to integrate the new business fully into the Head Office reporting structure, and are keen to find an experienced, immediately available individual to oversee this process. Ideally, in addition to having held previous senior finance positions, you will have had experience of integrating acquired companies, and possess strong IT and analytical skills. The length of the contract is as yet undetermined, but it is anticipated that it will last for a minimum of six months.
