My client is the market leader in its field, offering a range of consultancy and software services to blue chip clients across the UK. As part of their ongoing expansion plans, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and ambitious graduate to a new role working closely with Service Delivery Managers on operational queries. With a couple of years experience in either a customer services or helpdesk environment you will possess excellent communication and IT skills, and be a good team player. Your duties will include administration of the e-procurement portal and associated systems, telephone and email support to external and internal users, logging of queries on case management software and troubleshooting technical and operational issues. This is an excellent role to springboard to a career in one of the North West\'s best employers, and as well as the above duties, your role will allow you involvement in monitoring user performance and contributing towards the development/enhancement of the systems and client service delivery.
