My client is an ambitious and dynamic organisation, with a burgeoning reputation within one of the growth sectors in the UK economy. As part of their expansion plans and ongoing commitment to the local area, they are now looking to develop a new team of experienced and enthusiastic individuals. Your role will be to act as the first point of contact with customers, and you must be able to demonstrate a good telephone manner as well as highly developed administrative skills. There are two main differences between this and your average customer service role; firstly there is the high level of ongoing involvement that you will have with each client, and the variety of different aspects of their cases that you will be involved in, and secondly, this is not a vast call centre, but instead a small team of experienced individuals, where your personality matters almost as much as your ability to perform the job. We are therefore looking for individuals who are good at working within established frameworks, yet with the intelligence, drive and commitment to provide the highest level of customer service and problem resolution.
