Outbound Operations Manager

My client is one of the UK's leading organisations in its field, maintaining its competitive advantage by offering innovative solutions and identifying and exploiting new opportunities. One of the areas they are keen to enhance is their outbound capabilities, as they see the use of data and dialler technology as one of the (if not the) most critical elements of the growth of the business over the next few years. As a direct result of this vision, they are seeking to appoint an experienced and ambitious outbound operations manager to a new and high profile role leading a small team and directly responsible for the results of the function. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the usefulness of data, of continual improvements in the use of dialler technology and the production and utilisation of impactful MI across these two core areas. It is essential that you are a proactive, autonomous individual with a thorough understanding of dialler technology, data, database administration and MI generation, but you must also be capable of seeing the bigger picture and the impact that this function will have on the wider business. Ultimately, this role will play a measurable part in driving improvements in the sales performance of this already successful and expanding organisation, and they are keen to bring on board an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who will relish not just the initial challenge, but also the opportunities that the business can offer. Given the importance of the role and its potential impact, there will be pressure for results from the very highest level, and this is therefore not an opportunity for the faint hearted!
