My client is one of the best employers in the region, with a strong track record, exclusively blue chip clients and ambitious yet achievable growth plans. As part of these plans, they have recently moved to a purpose-built head office, and they are now looking to strengthen their support team with the appointment of an experienced and hardworking administration assistant. Your role will involve meeting and greeting clients, arranging meetings, refreshments and hotel and travel itineraries, as well as covering for reception and handling any ad hoc administration tasks. However, it is essential that you have had HR experience, as you will be responsible for holiday and sickness records, obtaining references and producing induction packs. You must possess excellent Word and Excel skills, and be a confident communicator, both orally and verbally, and ideally have gained at least five years experience in a similar administration role within a professional services organisation.
