My client is one of the most high profile and dynamic businesses in the North West, bucking all current trends and offering long term job security to the highest calibre candidates. As part of the plans from the Board and senior members of the finance team, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and hard working individual to a role of purchase ledger clerk. You will be responsible for logging and inputting all purchase invoices, as well as matching the invoices to GRNs and purchase orders. In addition, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all payment runs are accurate and run properly, all month end closedowns occur as they should and be able to assist with VAT and year end work. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and good attention to detail. If you want a long term role in an interesting environment, then this is the one for you.
