My client is one of the best employers in the region, with a strong track record, exclusively blue chip clients and ambitious yet achievable growth plans. As part of these plans, they have recently moved to a purpose-built head office, and they are now looking to strengthen their support team with the appointment of an experienced and hardworking administrator. Your role will be to support senior members of the department, liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers, managing both the regular supplier monitoring process and administration of the in-house database, and collating and distributing regular internal and external reports. You must possess excellent Word and Excel skills, and be a confident communicator, both orally and verbally. Ideally you will have had at least five years experience in a similar administration role within a professional services organisation, or a role where you have had significant and demonstrable contact with customers and suppliers.
