This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone looking to earn extra income. My client is one of the biggest and most profitable organisations in the UK, committed both to excellent customer service and to creating and retaining jobs within the Manchester area. Due to recent contract wins, they are now seeking to create an inbound customer service team working on night shifts. Shifts will be on a rota basis, working two shifts 6pm to 6am and 8pm to 8am. Responsible for one of these two shifts and the staff within them, ensuring that SLAs are maintained and KPIs are achieved, your duties could also include dealing with telephone calls from the general public, ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained, confirming essential details and approving appropriate action. In addition, you will be expected to record and update customer information accurately on the internal systems. You must be able to demonstrate previous team leader and administration experience, good at dealing with high volumes under time constraints, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
