My client is one of the biggest and most profitable organisations in the UK, committed both to excellent customer service and to creating and retaining jobs within the Manchester area. Due to recent contract wins, they are now seeking to create a 24/7 inbound customer service team working a flexible shift pattern. Shifts will be on a rota basis, 8am to 8pm and include will one day at weekends. Your duties will include dealing with telephone calls from the general public, ensuring that service levels and standards are maintained, confirming essential details and approving appropriate action. In addition, you will be expected to record and update customer information accurately on the internal systems. You must be able to demonstrate previous administration experience, good at dealing with high volumes under time constraints, with excellent written and oral communication skills. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join a market leader.
