My client has enjoyed many successful years of growth, and has developed a reputation for taking huge pride in the quality of service that they offer and the diversity of their client base. As with any successful organisation, they are constantly striving to improve both their service delivery and the strategic operators within the business. They are now seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and ambitious individual to help drive the business through the next stage in its development. As Head of Operations, you will be responsible for a significant proportion of the staff headcount and p&l responsibility for £10m worth of sales. You must be able to demonstrate a track record of success, with strong man, budget and project management experience and an entrepreneurial outlook, allied to significant knowledge of building maintenance services.
