Technical Design Administrator

£18,000 - £22,000pa + benefits

As the UK market leader in our industry, with a strong global presence, our continued success has lead to a further recruitment requirement within our busy organisation. Established for over 40 years at our site in Cheshire, we are part of a large international group, with our head office situated in the heart of Europe. Our reliability and high quality workmanship have become renowned and accepted in this industrial field and our service is second to none, a fact of which we are very proud. We design, manufacture and commission turnkey projects for the heavy clay industry and due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking to appoint a Technical Design Administrator. You will be well organised, self motivated, with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally from an engineering background (educated to HNC level or higher) you will be experienced with CAD and demonstrate a good level of I.T. skills. The role encompasses providing technical support to and being the main point of contact for the spare part sales department, along with assisting the I.T. Manager with CAD system administration. You will also be responsible for locating and converting customer drawings, generating spare parts lists and converting legacy drawing to modern production designs. The role requires you to organise and export drawings for CE documentation and provide final documentation for operator manuals. For your continued dedication to us, you can expect to receive excellent training, a rewarding salary, a generous contributory pension scheme and healthcare.
