My client is one of the major players in its field, with a burgeoning reputation and an exclusively blue chip client base. The last two years have seen a number of key moments - securing long term contracts with major clients, development of new markets, relocation of head office - and during this time turnover has more than doubled and could double again in the next five years. My client is now seeking to recruit a dynamic, graduate qualified accountant to a new role as part of the three man senior management team. The outline description of the individual required includes a strong track record, gained in both group and entrepreneurial environments, experience of MRP systems and Hyperion (or similar) and a strong business acumen. However, you must be able to demonstrate drive, commitment and ambition as these are the foremost qualities to take this business to where it could conceivably reach.
