My client is a small but dynamic group of companies providing a range of services to a growing number of high profile individuals and organisations. To maximise the opportunities in which they are currently involved, the managing director is now looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious individual to a position working extremely closely with him. There are four key areas which are crucial to being able to undertake this role. Firstly, you must have experience in accounts, able to provide relevant monthly management information, run the payroll and deal with all the external agencies. Secondly, you must be highly organised, capable of handling a number of different tasks at one time and able to give each one your full attention. Thirdly, you must have good communication skills and be confident and comfortable meeting clients. Finally you must be sales orientated as part of the role will be to assess new business options, including identifying target markets and key drivers. The most crucial traits that you must demonstrate are drive, determination and a willingness to work hard. It may seem like an impossible list, but the rewards will match your contribution to the company.
