Above all, when dealing with any recruitment consultant, you must make sure that they know what you want to do and do not want to do and make sure that they are working in your best interest, not theirs. After all, the most important thing is finding you a new job with the right company, not being friends with all the recruitment consultants with whom you have to deal.
